A high performance nozzle designed to
operate at all pressures up to 50 p.s.i.
The "O"-Ring seal prevents leakage and effectively economizes
the use of plant air Systems utilizing these precision nozzles
may be supplied by blower or plant air through a regulator to
provide air at the required pressure.
Pressure requirements may vary depending upon the loads involved
and flatness of the sliding surfaces.
The series 200 nozzles are available with either nylon or stainless
steel ball actuator.

| Add the appropriate material
suffix when specifying ball actuator: Nylon "-N"; Stainless

An economy version designed with serrations
around the barrel enabling them to be press-fit into 14 mm (.551)
dia. holes.
Sealing takes place between the ball actuator and orifice of
the molded housing. Available with nylon housing and either
stainless steel, nylon or urethane balls. Because there is no
"O"-Ring seal, there is slight leakage with the stainless steel
or nylon ball. This leakage is reduced with the more resilient
urethane ball.
Since these nozzles are specifically intended for use in low
pressure, high volume blower systems this leakage is of little
consequence.

Materials with controlled porosity used
to closely regulate air flow and buoyancy of the flotation surface.
Particularly adaptable for use as either a buoyant air film
or vacuum air clamp.
This is accomplished by means of a shuttle valve at the blower
which shifts the plenum from the exhaust side to the intake
port of the blower, thereby switching the air table from pressure
to vacuum by merely actuating a valve. Shuttle valves are available
from Glasgow Products.
Applications include handling lightweight sheets, plastic, aluminum,
paper, etc.; conveying seed, flour, cement or other finely bagged
products; conveying food products such as hamburger patties,
pancakes, waffles, etc.
In addition this type system is easy to clean and free of hazards
associated with moving sprockets and chains in the proximity
of workers.
Automatic conveying is readily accomplished by either tilting
the table 5' or utilizing air jets in the table the combined
buoyant air cushion and simultaneously propelling force.
